About MCA
Learn about the history, board members, and bylaws of the Midwest Curling Association.
Founded in 1945, the Midwest Curling Association (MCA) is a regional association of the United States Curling Association (USCA). In 1964, the association was dissolved and the Illinois Curling Association (ICA) was born. In 2014, the ICA began to grow and support clubs outside the state. Therefore, in 2018, the ICA reverted back to the name, Midwest Curling Association.
Currently, there are 9 clubs within the regional association.
Due to COVID-19, the Prairie State Challenge has been canceled. However, the MCA is excited to host the remaining two events in the second half of the 2020-2021 season:
