Requirements:
– All team members must be dues-paying, league-playing members of the same Midwest Curling Association club
-$110 USCA registration fee + $12.50 regional fee per player
– U.S. residency required

Winners will proceed to the Club National Championships held in Maryland from March 7-14, 2020.
